Upward Movement is a once a month mens group committed to the support, growth and expansion of each individual member. Utilizing research proven modalities of breath work and ice baths to support mental health and grit; combined with goal setting, accountability, and group discussions on important and sometimes difficult topics to drive you forward in your personal evolution.
